New Vision Women’s Fitness was created to inspire and empower women in our community to embody confidence, increase physical strength and improve their overall health, by making it part of their everyday lifestyle.

We’ve been supporting & educating women to achieve their health & fitness goals for over 10 years now, through our strength training programs, customised nutrition plans, and personalised 1on1 Coaching!

Our story started with a dream to own a gym, delivering high quality services to make a difference in the lives of women in our community through health and fitness.

It took a lot of hard work and dedication to be where we are today, but a big driving force to our success was the incredible passion we had to help the amazing bunch of women in our community.

As a team here we are constantly fulfilled when we help our members see great results, improve their physical & mental health, and generally become a better version of themselves.

It’s safe to say we have consistently been providing incredible services from day one, always looking to improve and not stopping anytime soon!
