Our Training style is to use both Strength and Fitness in our sessions & classes as we specialise in helping women build phyiscial strength, reducing body fat, improving fitness levels and overall gain their confidence back in and out of our gym.

Base Strength & Fitness Training Programs

Our Base Strength & Fitness Training programs are designed to help educate women to build their overall Strength & Fitness levels!

With only 12 spots available in each class, our coaches have the time and space to educate, empower and progress each member to improve at their own pace!  

Through all exercises, you’ll learn how to improve your strength, technique & mobility in a safe, fun & comfortable environment.

The best part is we cater to all women with different strength & fitness levels, personalising our classes further for our members if necessary!

Improving yourself at your own pace through strength & fitness, in a community of other like minded women, just makes our classes less intimidating and more enjoyable!

Level Up Weight Lifting Programs

Our Level up Weight Lifting Programs are designed to give women more advanced training, to level up their skills through Lifting Performance and Overall Strength Building!

With only 8 spots available per class and a system in place to qualify members to participate, this ensures our members get the time they need, with their coach to learn, progress, and improve their overall body composition.

We Implement programs that involve Hypotrophy Training, Strength and Conditioning even Endurance Training.

Yes, each program will be challenging, but with expert coaches watching your every step, along with other motivated women, this will make the experience more Empowering & Enjoyable!

Our Group Class Workouts

Bootcamp Group Classes

Our Bootcamp Classes are designed to provide a fun, energetic workout that pushes you to another level!

We use a mixture of Cardio, HIIT, Weights, and Strength Building exercises to create circuits & routines, full of variety and challenges for everyone to accomplish.

Each class is different, so you never know what you’re up against, this will drive your curiosity and hunger, to smash out the class at your own pace!

The best part is we cater to all women with different strength & fitness levels, personalising our classes further for our members if necessary!

Saturday Classes

Our Saturday Classes are quick, fun, and empowering, but can also be relaxing.

We provide a mixture of 2-3 different classes every Saturday, each starting and finishing in just 30-45 minutes.

Class Examples: Boxing, HIIT, Meta Power, Circuits, Spartan Training, Abs & Booty, Stretching, and Meditation just to name a few.

We are always looking to add variety to our Saturday classes, changing them weekly, to keep you guessing and excited for more!
